1. Accepting these terms

By visiting ClassHud, creating a student account, or registering an institute, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to students, parents, institute owners and anyone else browsing our website.

2. Student & institute accounts

Student accounts and institute owner accounts require accurate information (such as a valid mobile number for OTP verification). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

3. Institute listings & claiming

ClassHud may display publicly available information about institutes to help students discover them. Institute owners can claim an unclaimed listing through our OTP-based verification process, or register a new listing directly. Once claimed, the owner is responsible for keeping the listed information - courses, fees, timings, facilities - accurate and up to date.

A "Verified" badge indicates ClassHud has confirmed the institute's identity and contact details through our verification process. It does not constitute an endorsement of teaching quality, and students are encouraged to do their own research before enrolling.

4. Reviews & conduct

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the institute. We reserve the right to screen, edit or remove reviews that are spam, abusive, defamatory, or that appear fake or incentivised. Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Plans & payments

ClassHud offers free and paid plans for institutes (see our Pricing page). Paid plans are billed through our payment gateway partner, and invoices are made available in your dashboard. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy shown at the time of purchase.

6. Job postings & applications

Institutes on eligible plans may post job openings on ClassHud. Students may apply and upload a résumé. ClassHud is not a party to any employment relationship formed between an institute and an applicant, and is not responsible for the accuracy of job listings posted by institutes.

7. Intellectual property

The ClassHud name, logo, design and platform code are our property or that of our licensors. Content submitted by institutes (descriptions, photos, courses) remains their responsibility; by posting it, they confirm they have the right to share it on ClassHud.

8. Limitation of liability

ClassHud is a discovery platform connecting students with institutes. We do our best to verify key details, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of every listing and are not liable for decisions made based on information found on the platform, or for disputes between students and institutes.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as ClassHud grows and adds new features. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
